About

Photography is an art form that weight heavily on visual sense. It is the first, and probably most important sense that humans possess. Regardless of the type of image, or a subject, a photo requires the involvement of two people. The person who takes the image and the person who looks at it. It excites me, being both at the same time.
I remember the time when a photographer use to spent hours in a darkroom. It start by eliminating their visual sense, or distorting it completely. They grope around in darkness relying only with their sense of touch. Sits for hours in a sort of twilight zone where time appears to stop. The sense of smell is push to it’s limit, intoxicating with chemical odours and the eyes strain under the colour-cast of sodium safe-lights.
I paused and look skywards, wondering if this is the only way to pursue my photography craves. Wondering that if GOD owed me a favour, it is now….or never.
And then….Canon goes digital and HE gave me Photoshop woot woot!!!
